Special structural form

The throttling element combined with the flow rectifier becomes a balancing throttling element, which performs balanced rectification on complex flow fields, achieving the effect of eliminating vortices and improving the flow field within a short distance. Significantly reduce medium noise, ensure stable measurement signals, and enhance measurement accuracy


The straight pipe section is required to be short

The special structure of the balanced throttling element is adopted, and the pressure recovery is twice as fast as that of the traditional throttling device, reducing the requirements for the straight pipe section. It is only 0.5 days to 2 days


Reduce pressure loss

After rectifying and balancing the flow-blocking components, the vortex was reduced (or eliminated), and the flow was accelerated to the ideal state, reducing the pressure loss. The pressure loss is approximately one-third of that of the orifice plate throttling device


It has improved its resistance to dirt and grime

The balanced throttling element is of a multi-hole symmetrical structure, which reduces the formation of dead zones, ensures the smooth passage of dirty media, and minimizes the clogging of fluid holes


The measurement range is widely applied in various scenarios

It can measure the flow rate of full pipes and bidirectional fluids of various media such as gases (air, coal gas, natural gas, etc.), steam, and liquids (chemical liquids such as aqueous solutions). Applicable to round pipes and square pipes of various sizes. The balance throttling element is innovatively designed and made of high-strength anti-corrosion materials. It features high strength and is suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, corrosive and explosion-proof hazardous environments
