Product Features

The watch bodies are all precisely cast from 304 stainless steel using silica sol technology, featuring stable performance and exquisite appearance

The triangular columns of the watch body DN15-DN25 adopt cold inlay technology, generating precise and stable signals. The problem of inaccurate measurement of small diameters by vortex flowmeters has been solved

The DN32-DN150 triangular column of the meter body and the meter body are integrally cast, generating precise signals with good consistency. There will be no phenomenon where the high-temperature deformation caused by welding the triangular column affects the signal generation

The body of the meter, starting from DN50 and above, adopts an internal structure, that is, the measuring probe is embedded in the triangular column. Only a small number of large-diameter gauge bodies in China adopt this structure. Although it increases the technological difficulty, it enhances the anti-interference ability of the product

The output pulse frequency of the vortex sensor is linear to the actual flow rate of the fluid being measured, with no zero drift and stable performance

The on-site display vortex flowmeter adopts intelligent software with Chinese operation, is universal for gas and liquid, and can be selected with multiple flow units (m3/h, t/h, t/m, kg/h, etc.) and multiple algorithms (conventional volume flow, conventional mass flow, conventional gas volume flow, conventional gas mass flow, saturated steam temperature compensation, saturated steam pressure compensation) (such as over-dirty steam temperature and pressure compensation, etc.), simple operation, wide application, can correct the nonlinearity of instrument coefficients, and improve measurement accuracy

It adopts an anti-vibration probe and, in combination with the anti-interference design of the meter body, has excellent resistance to environmental vibration

The measurement accuracy is high, and the measurement accuracy for liquids is usually ±1%. The measurement accuracy of gas is ±1.5%
